A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What is a fractional executive?

A senior leader who works with your business for an agreed portion of their time. They lead a defined function, work with your team, and are accountable for agreed priorities and outcomes.

How is this different from consulting?

The focus is ongoing leadership: setting priorities, making decisions within an agreed mandate, and helping the team execute. An advisory-only engagement can also be scoped when that is what your business needs.

How much time will our executive spend with us?

We agree the commitment around your priorities, team, and stage of business. The scope sets out time allocation, availability, meeting cadence, and responsibilities before work begins.

Can we work with more than one executive?

Yes. You can engage one function or coordinate several leaders around a shared business plan. We clarify ownership between roles so your team has one consistent direction.

Will you replace our CEO or existing team?

No. Our six functions work alongside your CEO and existing team. The purpose is to add leadership capacity, build capability, and support the people already moving your business forward.

How are engagements priced?

Pricing is scoped to the role, complexity, and time commitment. We start with a conversation about your needs, then propose a defined scope and fee before you commit.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
